You cannot register for this meeting

The public meeting will officially start at 10:30 am and there will be a waiting room for those who join earlier. There is no need to join the Zoom for the meeting before 10:30 am. The time between 10 am and 10:30 am is just for staff to prepare for the Zoom meeting.
